About Hydrangeas
The colors you see in the Hydrangea in fall are amazing......we would never think to put these colors together in our Living Rooms or Kitchens....however Nature had a different idea!
Fall is the Best Time for Planting
Fall is the best time to plant...Why? Because roots grow during the dormant season. Plants emerge in spring with new growth(very soft and more delicate), harden off in the Summer( the new growth firms up and is well established), then prepare to go into dormancy again....or go to sleep...In the fall, plants hardly know you are moving them. During the winter they continue to root and are well established by the time Spring rolls around..
